The clients I work with are self-aware and motivated for change yet sense that something deeper needs attention. Somatic therapy offers a way of working that supports regulation and resilience at a bodily level, allowing change to emerge gradually and sustainably. I offer support with the following:

  • Anxiety and Stress

  • Burnout or Overwhelm

  • People Pleasing and difficulty with setting boundaries

  • Nervous System regulation / dysregulation

You’ll be supported to explore your inner experience and develop tools that help you to feel safer in your body

We will work together on building space and tolerance in your system so that you can experience difficult emotions without relying on limiting patterns of behaviour.

WHAT I OFFER

This is not just talk therapy

We work with the body so emotions can be felt and integrated.

I include the following tools and approaches - Somatic Therapy, Trauma Processing, Bilateral Processing (EMDR) Parts work, Nervous System Regulation tools and techniques.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Sessions are online, relational and paced according to your capacity with an emphasis on safety and choice.

PAY NOTHING
