I include the following tools and approaches - Somatic Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Processing, Bilateral Processing (EMDR) Parts work, Nervous System Regulation tools and techniques.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONSSessions are online, relational and paced according to your capacity with an emphasis on safety and choice.
